Health Walks West Dunbartonshire
You are invited to join us on our walk in Christie Park, Alexandria.
Every Wednesday from 2:15pm am we will meet at the Vale Centre for Health & Care for a regular weekly Health & Social walk. The walks will last between 15 – 60 minutes and will follow the paths taking in the sights of the park and the wonderful scenery that surrounds Christie Park.
Health Walks are FREE and open to anyone who wants to take their first step towards a more active and healthier lifestyle.
