I am the chairman at Mentor Scotland a mental health peer to peer support group for both men and women.
I work full time and am a Team Leader at West Dunbartonshire Council and manage 25 staff.

I am a Father to two autistic boys and husband to my wife who is registered blind.
I am interested in mental health and trying to end the stigma around this.

I like my football, socialising, cold water therapy, movies, listening and warching podcasts and spending quality time with the family.
