(Mega) “Meeting, Eating, Greeting and Achieving”

Clyde Shopmobility are introducing a new community project to encourage and empower individuals 65+ in West Dunbartonshire area to access a health and well-being user led group. Providing mobility Aids to ensure access for all individuals to participate.

The Project outcomes are to reduce the risk of social isolation and loneliness within the community members and providing additional nutritional and health related information. Where identified providing support to engage with other health services.

Engaging in a weekly walk along canal’s and local parks followed by a nutritious lunch and healthy eating taster sessions for cooking on a budget.

Participation will focus on improving the health and well-being of our members, including access to our health and well-being sensory room facility.
