Description

We are looking for someone to come in to our office to provide Admin Support, your role would be offering general administrative support, ideally you should have Good IT Skills and be familiar with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel, you be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Office tasks include: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, check and detail office supplies for re-ordering. Manage HYS documentation and update office documents. Printing and distribution of materials to parents, assisting with research and any day to day admin tasks needed.
