We are looking for friendly organised volunteers who have admin and telephone skills to volunteer within our reception team at Robin House.
Reception is the first point of contact for anyone coming into Robin House including families staying for respite, visitors, staff, volunteers and deliveries. We are looking for people who have the ability to create a welcoming environment and manage phone calls and light admin duties.
You will be supported by fellow volunteers and staff within the admin team.
We use Microsoft including our calls coming through Teams. Full training will be given on the phone system and Teams.

Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
To get to Robin House by public transport you can take bus or train into Balloch. The hospice is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the bus or train station.
