Vale of Leven Cricket Club

Vale of Leven Cricket Club are based in Alexandria and the club is open to men and women, boys and girls of all age groups from 10 to 80 (yes, we have 2 members who are 81 and they still play in competitive matches occasionally!)
- The club is always looking for new members of any age and ability as coaching and free use of equipment and protective gear is provided for all age groups.
- The Club 1st XI plays in the Western District Cricket Union (WDCU) Division 3 on Saturday afternoons between early May up to the end of August and the Club also plays 20 overs a side matches in the Midweek WDCU Division 3 and Midweek Cup Competitions.
- On a more relaxed note the Club arranges friendlies against other Clubs on Sunday afternoons.
- The Club has had many successes in the past the most notable being winning the Scottish Small Clubs Cup beating our local rivals Helensburgh in the final at Forfar in 1994.
- More recently the Club won the WDCU Division 3 in 2013, WDCU 4th Division in 2018.
