Vale of Leven Football & Athletic Club

Vale of Leven have a long and proud history. The club won the Scottish Junior Cup in 1953 and won the "Evening Times" League Championships in 1947 and 1970. The old senior Vale of Leven team won the Scottish Cup three times in the 1870's.

As we start the 2020 season, as part of League reconstruction we are entering the Senior pyramid at Tier 7 as part of the new West of Scotland League. To coincide with this we are happy to announce along with local amateur team FC Argyle we will be forming Vale of Leven Football Academy.

We harbour ambitions of growing the academy and building stronger connections within the local community to be beneficial on and off the park, starting this academy is the first step of our long-term plans.

As well as the Senior First Team we operate an Under 20's development side, an Amateur side and teams at 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2011, 2012 and 2016's.

Providing footballing opportunities for everyone in the Alexandria area is the main goal of the club.
