Clydebank Musical Society

Clydebank Musical Society is a community theatre group committed to producing quality theatre on an amateur budget!
Clydebank Musical Society was formed in 1981 to provide a platform for the development of local talent in all aspects of staging musical productions and encouraging an interest in the performing arts. The society has not only fulfilled that requirement but has provided years of first class entertainment for Clydebank and surrounding areas.
The Adult Section has a thriving membership with ages ranging from 16 to 70 years. Rehearsals begin in September and help fill the dark winter months, culminating in the show in March. Due to an overwhelming response to auditions for children for Oliver!, our Junior Section was formed in 1990 for young people aged from 12 to 18 years of age. This section has gone from strength to strength and we consistently have a membership of at least 60 kids, with a demand for places that far exceeds the numbers we can accept. In April of each year
