Includem

Includem work with vulnerable children, young people and families to help them transform their lives and actively participate in all aspects of society. We work with social services, schools and criminal justice services who identify those that could benefit from our help, and we then engage with the child or young person and their family or carer to develop a package of support, tailored to their specific needs. The children and young people we see are often at the lowest point in their young lives and have nowhere to turn for help and support. Includem is a trauma informed organisation, and our staff identify and manage impacts of adverse childhood experiences, including poverty. Our approach is rooted in developing and sustaining trusting relationships and using these as the catalyst for change.
