West Dunbartonshire Early Action Systems Change (Youth Homelessness)

We are a big lottery community funded partnership between West Dunbartonshire Council and Action for Children working towards reducing youth homelessness in West Dunbartonshire. We are working alongside the housing and homelessness teams offering housing options support to young people (16-25 years) as well as being based within secondary schools in West Dunbartonshire offering interventions to S4-S6 pupils who may be threatened by homelessness.
