Inland Blue Space Research Project
Looking for participants (18 years and over) from across Scotland to take part in a 3 month diary research project. The project is focusing on how inland blue space environments (like rivers, estuaries and lochs) can improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes. The project will involve writing short diary entries after visiting blue space areas (max 3 entries per week, also fine to write less entries than this). The diary will include a range of tick box questions to assess how calm you feel after visiting an inland blue space area and will include short questions about your visit for example-how long did you spend there/what was the weather like. There will also be the opportunity to contribute to an online group photo album and share photos of inland waters in Scotland. The overall idea of the diary is to track how inland blue space exposure influences mental health exposures over time. All data will be anonymised.
