We require an enthusiastic, computer literate individual to work alongside the office co-ordinator within out office. This role would be responsible for: Ensuring our records are up to date; Keep and maintaining data; Updating our social media pages regularly; Work on and issue our bi-monthly newsletters; Greeting members of the public and aiding their enquiries; Looking up service records. These responsibilities are fluid on a day to day basis and the individual would require to be flexible in turning their hand to many other tasks – including maintaining and updating the display cabinets and helping with the Heritage Centre.
