Neighbourhood networks

Neighbourhood Networks

Since 2001 we have supported vulnerable adults many with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health issues to live an active, healthy life, safely, within their own homes and be fully involved within their local communities. We work from a Peer Support model and our service is member led. Our members are active in our networks learning essential life skills, becoming more independent whilst spending more time with friends and becoming less reliant on paid support.

Neighbourhood Networks has Networks across the central belt of Scotland. Currently in West Dunbartonshire we have 2 networks one in Clydebank and one in Dumbarton. The purpose of having a network is to promotes social inclusion, independence and building confidence within the local community.
